and Happy Holidays!
Balincaguin comes from the Zambal phrase, "Bali lan caguing" meaning "house of bats."
This was the former name of the Municipality of Mabini, Pangasinan, when it was part of the Province of Zambales (of Mt. Pinatubo Volcano fame).

That’s a common problem in cave shots but a little editing can do wonders:

There are several freewares available like Picasa – see Basic photo edits w/ Google Picasa

HAHA oh no that's not what I meant, I meant lit up as in with the Christmas lights on it.
LIke this (note, photo not mine, see the linky for the flickr account it's from)

^now that is the Christmas Tree formation in Tumbling Rock as a Christmas Tree. (my photo was taken by a friend from that ledge you see in this photo up behind the tree, hence the top down angle and bright edge in my photo)

(and yeah, I have PS, I just didn't mess with that photo before uploading, now I do more photo editing for my cave photos and am getting the hang of how to make 'em look better but thanks!)

I'm still trying to get in touch with someone who can tell me if they will still be up the weekend of the 7th. I REALLY WANT TO SEE THEM. If anyone can get in contact with whoever is in charge of taking the lights down that'd be great...Brian told me who but I forget his name and I tried messageing on FB a week ago and no reply.
