It is unlikely that humans move many spores. Unless they are hanging around in the area bats are hibernating or breeding (highly unlikely)
they are not going to be near the bats and spores in the first place. Add to that disinfecting and washing clothes and equipment, and the chance of cavers moving spores is even less likely.
