Gopro helmet cam?

Postby KeyserSoze » Sep 30, 2010 7:49 pm

Anybody ever experienced using the GoPro helmet cam in a cave? For the most part the reviews for it are really good but I have yet to find any confirmation that it is capable of filming in low light conditions. Obviously the solution is to have more lighting in the cave if the footage is coming out too dark, but different video cameras need more light than others so I'd like to have one that won't require more than average.

Here is a link to the camera.

I hear the low light performance isn't too good. Check out previous topics here and here.

Thanks. I sent that guy a private message. I have a very bright flashlight (600 lumens) that I believe might provide enough flood light for that camera. I have also been thinking of buying one of those HID lights that are like 3000 lumens.
