Need High Lumen Light

Postby tfrost » Jun 19, 2008 7:54 pm

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a 500-1000 LUMEN spot light with a nice wide beam to help with lighting some rooms for photography.
Please send me links and recommendations ASAP. I am leaving Wednesday for my trip! All Dry caving.

Many thanks!

That's a lot of light! Are you sure you're going to need that much light?

To answer your question FoxFury have a 1000 lumen torch but be prepared to pay for it!

The other suggestion I have is one of Fenix's torches but these are mostly somewhere near the 200 lumens.

Apart from that there are a fair few other lights that might be candidates available at:

I ordered an Aurora AK-P7 2-mode flashlight, to use for checking high leads. The idea is to have a bright flashlight suited for short duration and occasional use. It is said to get very hot in a few minutes, so perhaps it's not suited for photographic light painting. I'll report when I get the thing.
