The Nominating Committee Chairman is responsible for the solicitation of candidates to run for the board of governors and to conduct the annual election. The position requires someone of high integrity, fairness and dedication. The chairman must be able to meet deadlines.
Montana Spencer is stepping down after the 2008 elections. She will conduct the elections this year. She wants to help the next chairman learn the process and will continue to offer her advice. Experience is not necessary.
