There was a thread on the 3 phase cuddington. Many years ago the 3-phase cuddington was grab by Alpine cavers an used and was nicknamed the "Alpine System". I have seen a 3-phase and maybe over time the Alpine System has change from the 3-phase. It is basically a hybid between the Mitchel, Frog, and Ropewalker.
