Publications on Pleistocene Fossils From Caves in Australia

Postby Larry E. Matthews » Mar 11, 2007 6:59 pm

I am trying to downsize my speleological literature collection.

Here are two (2) items I no longer need and would like to sell:

"Post Pleistocene Faunal Succession In Western Australia And Its Climatic Interprettion" by Ernest L. Lundelius, Jr. Reprinted from: Proc. XXI International Geological Congress (1960), p. 142-153.

"Marsupial Carnivore Dens In Australian Caves" by Ernest L. Lundelius, Jr.
Reprinted from Studies In Speleology, vol. I, Part 4, 1966, p. 174-181.

Both are in Like-New condition.

If anybody wants them, they can have them for $15 each, and I will pay the postage.

Perhaps putting this in the "for sale" section would better suit your needs?

Items For Sale

These are so specific to geologists, I thought this might better reach the intended audience.

But, if nobody buys them within a week, I will list them in the Speleo-Marketplace, too.

Larry

P.S. I had a course, or two, under Lundelius while I was at the University of Texas at Austin. He was a very interesting person.

Larry,

You went to UT?

Ever visit Kirkwood St.? Those were the days, ca. 1973. Ever see the bat flight at Bracken Bat Cave?

I was in Graduate School there from September 1971 through Spring 1973.

Sad to say, I never went caving ONCE the whole time I was there. I was studying very hard.

Wish I had gone caving more and I wish I had seen the bat flight at Bracken Cave.
