There's a discussion about it on the Colorado Caves board:

http://coloradocaves.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=395

From the Colorado Caves thread:

Mike Frazier of the Southern Colorado Mountain Grotto has suggested that the regional be held with Colorado's annual Mad Rats meeting. This year, the Mad Rats gathering will be at Bison Lake on the central White River Plateau during the Labor Day weekend, September 2-4.

There are lots of caves in the region - in Deep Creek Canyon to the east (with Groaning, Fixin'-to-Die and Premonition caves), in the Blair Lake Bench karst to the west and in the Quartzite Ridge area to the south. Four wheel drive vehicles will be helpful, but not required. The campsite can be reached by passenger cars via the Coffee Pot Road leading west from Dotsero.

I would enjoy meet you. It takes a lot of work and passion to keep up a forum when your as involed as you are and thank you again.

I trying to get involed with the RMR on the CO caves forum so I can help. I just submited my name and PW.

I wish I would of known that the RMR was voted to be in Wyoming. I could of rallied on the Wyoming Caving Forum nicknamed the Hodag Rag. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HodagRag/

I'll see what I can do,
Evan

The Mad Rats Rocky Mountain "Freegional" will have no registration fee, but organizers will offer an optional guidebook for a small fee. All cavers are welcome to attend the event, held in the high altitude alpine karst north of Glenwood Springs.

It looks like we may have food at the party after all!!
Don and Kristi Mease have graciously volenteered to do a burrito meal
for Saturday night. We don't have all the details worked out yet.
We will either pay for it by making it a part of our anual raffle deal or they will charge by the plate.

Speaking of the raffle..... Bring your donated raffle items
It is how we pay for the keg of beer, sodas, food, ect.
Any xtra proceeds will go toward next years beer.
