Cave Art

Postby Caver Keith » Oct 8, 2019 9:24 am

Stare at the cave wall. Can you see a face embedded in the rock? Look more carefully. Can you see another face, and another, and is that perhaps another in the corner of your eye? Keep looking. How many faces can you see?

The inspiration for the video is from show cave experiences where the guide often points out a stalagmite, piece of rock, boulder or cave wall and encourages the public to believe it is a calcified witch, angel, goblin etc.

There are 22 faces. Some are very difficult to spot. This video won an award for the best artwork produced digitally at Hidden Earth (the UK's national caving conference) this year.

This is a really cool video, I really love the rock formations on real cages.
I love watching DIY vlogs, I have recently made a rabbit cage as I am planning to buy a Jersey Wooly for my little girl.
