National Geographic's January 2015 issue has a typically beautiful article on The First Cave Artists (the issue is dedicated to firsts and this is the first article in the issue) and their works. Someday....someday....I'm going to see the European cave art in situ and not in a museum reproduction.

That's a dream of mine too.
I would love to have a giant, hallway-sized print/poster of the Cheauvet cave fresco. I just sat and stared at the foldout in the NatGeo when I got it.
