The NSS and the SCCi

Postby Walter Pickel » Aug 26, 2014 2:38 pm

I feel that both the NSS and the SCCi are important organizations in the conservation of caves and in educating people about caves and karst; I am proud to be members of both organizations.

That being said, I have decided to run a little contest to share my appreciation of these organizations by offering to pay an annual membership for each organization to the winner. More information can be found here - http://j.mp/1nfAGiG

I am interested in your contest but I see that your contest is Twitter oriented. I do not have a Twitter account and would prefer not to create a Twitter account just for this contest. Could it be possible for you to make a Facebook version of this?

I'll help out with that regardless of the prize! I'm proud to call myself a member of both organizations.

I am a member of the National Speleological Society also. Unless you are a life NSS member, there is the option to get your NSS membership renewed and for the Southeastern Cave Conservancy Inc. I don't believe that it is possible to have life membership so for SCCI membership, it always has to be renewed.

Thanks everyone for the interest. So far, I am surprised less people have entered. Can you help by sharing it on Twitter?

There are quite a bit of cavers on Twitter. I am surprised how few have retweeted this.
