I wish I hadn't read all the way through. It was interesting, but I would have been satisified had I quit about a 1/10th the way through.

BTW, I heard the piece on these folks on This American Life. They do improvs to places (like Best Buy) and to people. One time they threw a giant birthday people for a guy they didn't know but pretended to and he got seriously pissed.

They also attended as a giant fan club a newly formed band and freaked them out. Originally, the band was hurt by the fake fans, but they turned it to their advantage and used the event as marketing.
