Skiles Surviver Alleges Faulty Equipment

Terri Skiles is reported to have filed a lawsuit suit against DiveRite and DiveRite Express maintaining faulty parts and processes and cover up of fatal problems.

Only in America, land of the greedy lawyers....

He knew the risks of using that piece of equipment. I hope that, if the lawsuit is a success, the judge assigns 99.9% of the blame to the victim and 0.1% to the manufacturer.
