so i got my brandnew Princeton Tec Corona headlamp in the mail today...... take it out to test it and the darn thing will not turn on. tried replaceing the batteries and still nothing. so upset. now i have to deal with customer serivce and hope for a fast replacement. oh well thus is life.

Dont know how fast your looking for but princton tec is pretty good with setting things right. If it was DOA I'd think youcould just return it to the point ofpurchase

i would do a return like that, but is was bought from a website. so i think it might just be easier to return to princeton.
