Cave Biology article

Postby Ernie Coffman » Mar 19, 2008 6:24 pm

Here's an article on cave biology, which we don't see too often. It's from Texas, so it might be true and it might not be.

It is, though!

"Brought to light by Iliffe and his team after spending millions of years evolving in darkness and isolation, ..."

Uh, I doubt that Tom et al spent quite that much time down there, but the rest of the story looks ok.

I don't know... the Doc's pretty old. (lul) I personally know at least two of the people that aided Dr Iliffe on these trips and have had many pleasurable conversations on the subject and am learning more about it every class. In my honest opinion, remipedes are some of the most interesting new discoveries I've learned of so far.
(swoon, nothing like the discovery of new truths.)
Does anyone have questions that I may share with my class? I know I'd more than likely enjoy asking the questions and learning the responses.
ps: whoop!
