Fog monsters you have captured

Postby JR-Orion » Jun 16, 2011 9:32 pm

My son seems to attract fog creatures.

Fog octopus

To my eyes the whale one stands out pretty good, but here's a cheater image if you don't see the octopus-

Interesting blue ghost...taken in GB Cave in Mendip, England. Looking up White Passage.

Also, it looks like some sort of shadow creature is standing on the right.

Sungura, that blue thing is so strong that it looks like a ray of light from the surface. But I take it you were no where near the surface?

And here's an outline of that figure I saw in your shot-

Orb photos are welcome as well. Some think they are spirits, though I'm leaning more towards dust or water vapor.

But if you come down on the spirit side of things, this place is clearly haunted-

:yikes:

Nope, no where near the surface. Unlike the US, a lot of UK surveys are online it seems. http://www.ubss.org.uk/resources/procee ... _126-0.pdf second page has the survey. You can see white passage on there. This shot was taken actually a little before White Passage, from the Gallery looking up in that little bit of passage that is unlabeled before White Passage. I was caving with a lot of peeps who had Scurions. I actually wish now I had saved another shot similar to this, but it's just streaks of blue "lightning". I guess someone has one that was cool tint, and the particles in the air just *really* made it blue.

If you look close, you can see a guy in the photo near the top of the breakdown, I think that was Frank.

Since this "fog monsters" are warm, moist air condensing in the cool cave environment...

I wonder if anyone else has tried to photograph "fog monsters" from other source of warm, moist air besides exhaling?

Excuse me, can I have some more beans?

Looks like you've captured an internet error, the photo isn't showing. Going back to topic though I have witnessed many a fog monster underground, the first one was when we got eaten by one for a bit and then tickled it a bit to open it's mouth before we flew out of there like the Millenium Falcon from a giant space slug. The second one was when I got pulled into another dimension by the ghost of a dead racoon we found in Onesquethaw up in NY which gets all kinds of lovely garbage and farm runoff in it, so it is a perfect stew of nasties both of matter and of spirit.
