I must revise this statement, as I see a study is underway to determine what I had considered a root cause some time ago, and felt it was not considered scientifically We will need some time to see where this goes.
My theory is this. Mammalian skin is susceptible to many types of infection and scourge if not protected by good bacteria. It is possible that this good bacteria may have been compromised by some infectious so called bad bacteria. Bad bacteria could allow Gd to infiltrate the skin of bats and therefore fungal growth. This study will give some relevant to infected as well as non-infected bats bacterial counts. Could Gd have been here all along and just not progressed?. Could an infectious bacteria be the real cause of WNS? We will see!

I know that some of you just can't make it through the day without contradicting someones ideas, but you will need to get over it NOW!

Just getting more and more amazed at what is happening and why our caves are staying closed. I'm not sure that any research in this area has even begun yet?
