There will be an orientation to cave rescue at Great Basin NM in Nevada (barely) on May 3 and 4. Yes, that is mid-week. It is primarily intended for Park employees but others are welcome. If you were thinking of seeing the Park in the Spring and wanted to learn a little bit about cave rescue, this is your chance.
