Be selective when posting news articles, personal correspondence, and other copyrighted material.

We recommend you quote only brief portions (perhaps 1-2 paragraphs) of copyrighted material, and provide a link or other information identifying the source. This is generally acceptable under the "Fair Use" doctrine of US copyright law for noncommercial educational/commentary purposes. Otherwise, permission to post copyrighted material must be obtained from the original source.
