Mark Moerdyk had always wanted to visit Mammoth Cave National Park, but didn’t get to until last week when he visited the national park with his church group.
“We really want to see the cave,” said Moerdyk, who was visiting the area from Grand Rapids, Mich.
He and other members of his church group were planning to take the Wild Cave tour.
“We want to do the wild caving thing because we wanted a real caving experience,” he said., “We’ve been on other caves but we wanted to get that true caving, crawling on your belly, going through the smaller cracks, true wild adventure,” he said.
