Many times this type of swallet hole will only lead to what we would call "sewer" passages, usually clogged with a lot of organic debris, mud, silt, branches, and trash. This occurs because of the large volume of water flow going in. Oftentimes such caves are grim, tight crawlways, with little hope of ever opening up into decent sized passages.
You never know, though. It may break into large borehole passage.
In any case, one would probably have to wait until a good drought to check it out.
