Yeah. Almost assuredly recent based on the freshness of the rocks, the narrowness of the wall (a 10,000 year old wall would have collapsed long ago), the rarity of such a find and the (presumed) completeness of the corpses. He's as unlikely to have uncovered some grisly murder scene as an Indian find.

I think the article stated the wall was built around the turn of the century by people not knowing what was further back in the cave. I think they are guessing the age of the skeletons.

Note that Ray Hartzell, the person that made the find posted this in the above referenced FaceBook post, in the comments section. Also, his brother-in-law stated in another FaceBook post that they have not given anyone the actual location of the cave until someone can research the find.
"Thanks for the post!! Actually, I found two separate tombs, a wall structure, like the one that was Ben's run or mount carbon, and several smaller mounds. I was exploring a remote area of the county and came upon fragmented sections of the wall. I then followed the wall to a clifftop, the tomb pictured is in the base of the cliff. The wall itself, circles the entire valley. The artifacts were in the pictures tomb. I have not thoroughly investigated the second one. Mainly because it is at the top of a very steep tall mountain, and is a pain to get to, lol. I will send you more pictures when I get a free moment."

I don't know any of these people, I just did a quick search on FaceBook for their names and came up with this.
