While not natural, these caverns under Marcus Hook lie right on what is known as the Appalachian Fall Line which is north of Wilmington DE and directly next to the Delaware River.

If you're trying to wrangle this into another Cave of Delaware -- even an adopted cave -- consider it an utter failure!!!
