This does not sound like the same Summitville Cave that is in the Tennessee Cave Survey. Somebody needs to follow up on this and see if it is a previously unreported cave. Or, we may know it by another name.

The one I explored, perhaps 20 years ago, has a spring entrance in sight of the main highway (Highway 55). We went in during a drought, and it immediately opened up into walking passage and we never reached the end.

Larry, that woman was actually found in the Summitville limestone quarry and the media has been calling it a cave. It is (or was) possible
to drive around inside that quarry. Several years ago I found a pit that intersects the mine and it is reported to the TCS. The cave you
found probably goes under the quarry or near it.
