Completely owned?

What if we were to ask the Smittles... or they have no part in ownership now?

jsniffin, you are in error.

Did you not see the post by boogercaver?

Caves on Missouri Dept of Conservation land are CLOSED to recreational caving until further notice. That happened last April.
The info you posted re the status of Little Smittle and Lowell Caves, sure, is online, but it is in error.
Thank you for pointing it out.

The link I posted has been updated

"Additional Information: All caves on this area are currently closed for public access. A confirmed case of white nose fungus on bats in Missouri has resulted in the need to limit public access to protect endangered cave species. White nose fungus can be spread from cave to cave on the gear of explorers. "

ha I don't WNS can kiss it. I was wondering because I should be about 5 miles from that cave at some point over the summer. and it would have been nice to go in. Maybe by then they will see that we don't contaminate caves...
