After the PowerPoint presentation, be sure and click on the video at the bottom. And, to speed up the hype from the newscasters, just take your cursor and click on the little button and scroll slowly up to the point where you want to view the action.

It's not related to any particular browser, and you don't need PowerPoint to view it. You can use the free PowerPoint viewer, or some other office suite like OpenOffice.
