A nice article on Neversink and...caves around there

Nice article/blog by Keith Still.

I was bemused by this part of the introduction.

While pictures of the Southern Alps of New Zealand, Alberta’s Lake Louise or the clear waters off the Fijian coast are breathtaking, some of my favorite daily images have been of interesting places nearby that I never knew existed.

I've been to all of these places - and Neversink. From a photographer's perspective, I enjoyed Neversink the most. But I guess I'm a little biased.

I finally took my first trip to Neversink back in the spring. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.
Who is the fellow on the little plaque at the bottom?
