I think I mentioned Heavy Breather, a Canadian Rockies cave, some time ago. Last week a couple of guys finally surveyed the bottom (which had been explored a year ago), making the depth 499.8m, about 10m less than estimated, Canada's second-deepest. There are thirty pitches between entrance and bottom. An adjacent 306m deep cave (which is still going) is only 20m away at several points; as its entrance is about 150m higher than Heavy Breather, a connection would bring the cave to about -650m.
