Access Info for Beans Pit and Nasal Cavity

Postby caver01 » Dec 28, 2011 12:53 pm

I am trying to get some access information for Beans Pit and Nasal Cavity.

Is Beans open during hunting season, and if so, can it still be accessed from the bottom of the mountain?

Also, back in 2007, we tried to visit Nasal Cavity, but the property was changing hands, so we went elsewhere. Has anyone been recently who could give me access information about that cave?

I would appreciate any help. If you are not comfortable posting on the forum, my e-mail address is on TAG-net.

I would also be interested in going to Beans in the near future.

A few of us went to Nasal Cavity ( assuming you are talking about the same cave) around the time of the TAG fall cave in. I really don't know the access info we were told to just park and go.... but then again we get told that a lot...LOL... No one said anything to us and it was an easy walk from a parking place on the highway. Don't know if that helps you any..... :big grin:

Thanks, Mike. That is helpful information, especially since you recently checked it out.
