What does C9 mean at the PCB board?

Postby luuna » Mar 14, 2018 4:58 am

I am assembling a PCB board. I am a novice at PCB design so the question has a little embarrass.
Please see the following picture. C9 is within the boundry of IC3. Does this mean that C9 is installed on the other side of the board?
C9 = 100n X7R
