Just thought i would pass this along!

Cave Rescue

A Carter County, Tennessee woman is recovering after being stuck in a cave
for hours. Crews got the call late Friday night about a woman who had lost
her footing inside the cave and landed in cold water. It took rescue workers
about five hours to get her out. The extent of her injuries is not known,
but rescue workers say she is expected to be ok. The woman is listed in
stable condition at a local hospital. Her family says they were there for a
birthday celebration.

A women took her two kids and two other women in there for one of her kids
birthday. None of them had been in the cave before. About 800 ft in she fell
about 30 ft. it took 4-4.5 hours for the rescue. I understand she had only a
minor injuries. One broken bone.

This passed on from a reliable source.

This was in the Carter County Salt Petre cave. There was some info about it on the MEG message board. I will see if I can dig it up for you.
