Is there a policy regarding attendance by cavers from New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts (the White Nose States)?

I have not heard yet (and I'm hoping to help teach so hopefully Jeff will get back to me shortly). However, I would suspect that they'll require all us pariahs to go through full decom procedures. :-/

You coming down for it I take it?

I'm not planning on coming down, but I will be in the general area at the time with some folks who might be interested. Also, I hope to do my Level 2 at the NCRC Weeklong in May (before which much might change). I figured that the policies for next week's OCR would be finalized, and it would make sense to inquire about them.

 I knew you were doing Level 2 this year.

But that reminds me, I should ask Steve Hudson what the rules will be for us from the pariah states at Weeklong. I think I'll do that now.
