Ten more days to deadline for the scholarships to NCRC weeklong in Mentone, AL. NCRC in TAG. What could be better than that?

Once again the NSS and NRCC will be offering two scholarships to the NCRC national weeklong seminar. This year they will be for $300 apiece. Priority will be for those taking level 1 and 2 and for cavers active with their local grottos, but anyone is welcome to apply. Financial need will be taken into consideration. See below for details of how to apply.

The money for these scholarships comes from the NSS's Cave Rescue Training restricted fund. Those interested in helping younger caves get rescue training are encouraged to contact the NSS office to make a contribution. It would be nice to be able to offer 3 scholarships next year.
