Sorry, but I am not sure what you are looking of when you say "topo riging for rescue".

Tim,
I think the idea is based on rock climbing topos, showing rigging points ledges, acceptable routes ie. I'm just not sure what the application is, is this a common European practice?

So you mean it's a site-specific pre-plan for rescue rigging? I wonder what/where the cave is?

Nice looking drawing...

If we compare the size of the coconuts on the palm tree with known growing seasons in relation to the current date....it is a very nice drawing and perhaps not a bad idea. After a rescue just make a how to card for that cave.

I've never seen these but they seem like a great idea. Especially in a case where you've practiced at a cave, figured out a way to solve a rigging problem, and then won't be going back for a long time. This is a great way to portray a rigging preplan that could be handed out as a rigging team picks up gear. This way they don't have to re-invent the wheel, so to speak, and the gear dispensed could be limited to the minimum necessary. You can do a gear list in text but the visual topo would be a lot easier to follow as to how to use it. Now if only I had the artistic skills of Lurah_GB to make one of these...
