Would anyone be available for two PNW cavers to hitch a ride from Colorado Springs Airport on that Friday? We're coming in from Seattle.

Hey Dan, is there a ride from Denver to Divide on Thursday for the instructors and IQ's? I posted on the FB page but haven't heard anything.

I'm not on Facebook, Scott, but I'll look into it. Most of the Colorado instructors live in the Denver area.

All.....I just received word from Rick that anyone needing a ride needs to send a request to ncrc@cavetopia.com so you can get you on the list and we can work on coordinating pickup times. People flying into Denver might have to arrange their own transportation depending upon arrival times. Sounds like most of the Denver people will be down here starting Wednesday night and Thursday to help with setup. Arriving in Colorado Springs should not be a problem as it's an hour closer to the seminar.

Scott, I'll come get you on Thursday if we can't line you up a ride, but you should still send a request to the above Email address.

Just a quick reminder that we are only a month away from the "First Time Ever" NCRC training course in Colorado. We still have a few spots open in level 1, 2, and TOFE :kewl:

We are only days away and anxiously awaiting everyone's arrival. :woohoo:

There are a couple of spots available for any last minute walk in's. It has been snowing here, but the forecast shows warm weather ahead and the snow melting quickly. Bring your long John's and winter apparial. Snow or not.....it gets cold every night of the year in Divide Colorado.

Have a safe trip and we will see ya'll real soon. :cavingrocks:

Here's a follow-up story and pictures by Jansen--aka Kiwi--with a great group of participants, that was in this week's California BLM newsletter.

https://www.facebook.com/blmcalifornia/ ... =hootsuite You should recognize a number of folks, but Bonny Armstrong, who is the editor of Caving Accidents stands out, so...wonder if you can recognize everyone for a lolly pop.
