I just got word that my old caving buddy from Iowa, Greg McCarty died this past weekend. He was on a caving trip, but was on the surface when he died of an apparent heart attack. He'd been complaining in recent days/weeks of indigestion. This time he had it worse, was tired, needing many rests.

CPR was given, and I didn't catch all the details, but in the end, he didn't make it.



Mike Bounk asks all cavers to pay attention to their buddies. If they don't feel well, do what you think is best.
