While it may be true that a lot of cavers just don't care about the cave closures, there are a lot of us that are doing everything we can to fight it, and progress is being made. Now it is easy to see who really cares about the future of caving.

Steve, you know that I am simply looking for some support from this forum, though it does look as if many here are against caving! Why do they frequent this place? You and I, and two or three others here, know this answer too!

Non cavers and pretend cavers are on this site for the purpose of promoting their extremist preservationist ideas. Caving be damned. Gate them all. Heck, even
the former President of the NSS had that very same attitude for a long time until he began to realize that he and those like him were killing the NSS while accomplishing next to nothing to stop WNS.
