The mine where they discovered the new case of WNS is gated and closed to public access, yet the FWS press release states that we can help slow the spread of WNS by staying out of caves and mines. Right. I'm sad WNS is still spreading, but every time I read a statement from FWS like this I want to scream.

There must be some legal remedy for misinformation being published to scare the public?
