So far we're hearing from the US distributors of Singing Rock products that they can't get the Digger. No idea why.

The reason is the Digger has only European attests! The price here is 66,5 USD. Normal post will be about 12 USD.

Wait, $78 shipped direct from Czech Republic? That's equivalent price-wise to what I'd pay for an OR1 Goliath or PMI Pit Viper here in the states. Is that right?

Actually a quite reasonable price, even when compared to several options manufactured here in the states.
I'm mostly surprised at the low shipping cost! Example: at MTDE's site, I was quoted ~$35 to ship a single harness.

It is the cheapest one, one-two weeks.

So, do you want one (more?) or not? :) You may pay be PayPal after you receive the Digger.

Can't help with a supplier, but I'll add my vote for MTDE.

I have the amazonia, and while the straps look thin, it is a VERY comfortable harness to hang in. The attachment is very low as well which is excellent for a frog rig.

BTW - I think Al Warild is away on an expedition at the moment, so a reply might be slow.

I have several items of MTDE gear, including my bolting bag of the moment (yellow, cylindrical, with drill pockets, etc). I've had a couple of the harnesses, gave one to a protege before I left SD and he was still using it when we went caving at TAG last fall. Great kit. They also make some pretty good cave packs and oversuits/undersuits.

MTDE Picos harnesses are actually on sale at Expe right now for 56.46 EUR or about $76.08 USD. Shipping is still 30.10 EUR ($40.56 USD). You can ship up to three items for the 30.10 EUR price before the shipping jumps up higher.
