Yep I just looked at it myself....the dbz anchor talked about in the advanced rigging section is made by Hilti and I see them in Hilti's Australian site but not in the U.S. site.

UPDATE: Email from Hilti---
The DBZ wedge anchor is not stocked as a
standard item in the States. This may be something we can special order
from Europe. The lead time would be approx 4 to 5 weeks. If you are
interested please contact our Inside Sales and Service Team at
800-879-8000, Thanks again-Jeni

I can't work out what the two top holes are for. They are not mentioned in the desripption of how to use the Stick Up further up in the thread. Does anybody know?

Francis :-)

In the earlier version they used a carabiner in the hole of your choice that connected to the top hole in the Croll....so what they have done is used the same bar but inserted a plug with rope attached in the top hole and the croll just locks down on that. You can then adjust yourself up/down on that rope segment. So no need for the additional holes just leftover from a prior setup and manufacturing run it looks like.

I intend to get down to WV in Dec. my last trip got cancelled by work conflicts but it is still on the "to do" list. Most likely late Dec. when I can get a few extra days off to cave....try out the new tablet pc and film a small clip of video of the Raumer in use.
