Here's another new device by CMC, so look it over, but expect comments like, "It looks like a SCARAB, which is does. :rofl:

On top of that, its a hundred dollars more than a SCARAB and probably is a little heavier than a short rack, so...don't know where they're going with this. :shrug:

I saw this at FDIC week before last. CMC has a target for fire service and technical rescue markets. One advantage over the SCARAB is the option to load it either "left or right" and the middle bar lock in place.

CMC told me that they tested the locking of the bar in muddy conditions and it worked fine. We shall see... there will be a couple at NCRC Weeklong for testing next week.
