Posted: Apr 12, 2014 6:00 pmThe best time to buy caving gear such as a rack is at a caving event where caving gear is often sold by cave vendors. I am not familiar with the caving events in your area and whether cave vendors sell cave gear though but if you come to any NSS Convention there will be a lot of vendors selling cave gear such as this years convention in Alabama.
