Photography Team for the International Congress in TX 2009

At the ICS 2009, we would like to organize photography to cover all events and field trips. This means that I would like to organize some photographers to contribute when they have time. (Probably like herding cats) There will be some priority tasks and I will need some people to help with any processing. I this point in time I need advice from anyone out there and some preliminary volunteers. I will also give anyone who is interested my job description if you want.
I plan to have some sort of meeting at 2008 Convention and at OTR.
