4th Cave Photography Contest

In 2004, Speleoklub Warszawski to celebrate its 50-years of existence, returned after a long break to the tradition of organising a contest for cave photography. Its first edition was held in 1984.

18 authors from 8 countries (Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Slovenia, Mexico, Germany and Hungary) submitted their photos to take part in the 4th Cave Photography Contest in Commemoration of Waldemar Burkacki – all together – 146 photos.

The photos were evaluated by a Jury panel consisting of professionals working with photography on everyday basis and of fellow cavers:

Ballads are not functional at the site... just FYI.

Just wondering why not all the photos are shown. A good number of them yes, but not all.

The NSS Ballads are functional on my computer. Anyone else having a problem?

All of the Slide Salon winners are shown. Not all of the Print Salon winners are shown because (as the page says) not all of the photographers have provided digital images of their work. All have been asked to do so, and those images will be posted when available.

Hopefully, Ann will make the inclusion of a digital image a requirement for entry next year.

Listening works for me. Haven't tried to download.
