Recommendation for Helmet Camera for caving?

I know that the GoPro 4 Black is popular here on this forum. Is this the best choice? Or are there others that would have good low light performance? I don't really need 4k video...1080p seems like more than enough.
The "SJ5000 WIFI Novatek 96655" seems to get favorable reviews in this area at 1/3 the price.
Some say the Sony HDR-AS100V has better low light performance than the GoPro - but it's not as waterproof.
Polaroid Cube?
Others?
I'm shopping for an action camera that I can take caving, but figured I should check in with the experiences and recommendations from other cavers first.
