Hello :waving:

Hello and, greetings from Kentucky :waving:

I am new to the forum and, caving. I first got into it, back in the early 80's. I went on some trips with the Scouts and, school groups. And well, I haven't really done much since then. Last year, my wife and I began taking our kids to some "show" caves . . and, of course, my love for caves came back  so, I started "looking into" information about caving groups, in my area. And, I did get into contact with a local grotto and, went to my first meeting last week. As I read in an earlier post . . Cavers are a very welcoming group. I'm really excited about getting back into it. I am getting ready to apply for membership into the NSS . . within the next week or so. Kind of excited about that too :woohoo:.
