Postby james huffaker » May 28, 2007 7:56 pm

Ladies and Gents, I would like to introduce myself. I live in Westchester county, in Thornwood. I married with 2 kids. I work as an RN at a trauma center in the Bronx. I was an EMT , but recently let my card expire after 30 yrs. My interests include, urban/wilderness medicine/rescue and wilderness skills.

Welcome.

Drop me an email when you get a chance. From your other posts, seems like you might be interested in either the weeklong cave rescue course next month or a 2-day weekend course we're having later this fall.

You might want to swing by a Met Grotto meeting. Most of the meetings are in Manhattan, but they venture out into the Bronx sometimes, and a chunk of their membership comes from the Bronx and Westchester. And for a few years the Met Grotto dinner was at a lobster place on City Island.
