New to caving here in Houston,Texas

I recently decided to start caving. Am waiting for my 3 sources of light and my Petzl Ecrin Roc to arrive.
Hope the "Roc" fits cause my head is usually too big for the one size fits all head gear
Now all I need to find is a job somewhere near Austin, no caves here in Houston unless the Washburn Tunnel counts

The helmet is adjustable, so you should be fine. ;-)

I'm always interested in hearing how folks got involved in caving......i started as a cave diver.....what peeked your interest in caving?

You could say geocaching peeked my interest in caving.
There was a cache placed in airmans cave in Austin( its archived now) Anyway there was a reference on the cache page that mentioned "wild caves". From there I went to myspace,did a search for cavers and caving, sent a email,got my answer and made my decision.
