Good Evening ladies and gentlemen.
New to this chat room but not to caving. I started around 1958 or 59. Re my screen name. I'm just getting started caving down here and have a lot of new things to think about. For instance, there's a nice lava tube about two hundred meters from my house that is unexplored because the locals are afraid of it. It may be because about six months ago a fourteen foot python was captured in the mouth of the lava tube. Lots of lave tubes and maybe some limestone caves. There are several cement quarries around here so that means limestone or marble. Hope to read more posts.
