Hi everyone. I am part of a family group of cavers. My wife, brother, son and daughter are starting to really love it! We aren't experts, and we are out of shape, but this is a good way to get some exercise. If anyone has caves in our area that are for beginners or low intermediates, please let me know. We have been to Ritter Springs to the open cave, and had a blast. We saw 3 bats in the ceiling, got a couple of pics.

Not sure where in Oklahoma or Missouri you are, but check out caves.org for a grotto near where you live. There's one in Ada, OK and several scattered around Missouri.

Look up the Springfield Plateau Grotto.
